Question Posted Saturday March 1 2008, 4:11 pm

So I was just wondering, if you're a Freshman in high school and you go out with a Senior, and you two stay together for a while, is that illegal?

It would only be illegal if the senior is 18 (legally an adult) and if they have sex, in MOST states but not all. It's called statutory rape, but that's only if sexual relations are involved. So if the relationship is not sexual and your parents are okay with it, you are all good.

its legal but it may not be if you do something with them like sex, depending on your state and age.
