Podcasting bit of help

hi im usually great with computers i built the one im using now and i recently recorded a podcast with me and my friends it is good but its just a mp3 file sitting on my desktop can anyone link me in on a good step bye step guide or just write on here how to get it onto itunes from a pc without incurring cost

also if theres any software where you just put the mp3 file into it and type some stuff and it does the work for you would be great.

PodShow hosts podcasts for free. After you sign up, you can upload your mp3 files and it will be hosted as well as listed in a directory. The site's FAQ pages should have the information you need to use the site.
