If you intend on keeping your baby, then the best thing to do (for both you, as the parents, and the child) is to get married. However, if you know that you can't provide a child with an appropriate life that is healthy and happy, then you really should make sure that your baby is given to a foster family. But if you are pregnant, then the best thing you can -possibly- do is tell somebody. I'm not going to ask you your age, but if you are young and know that your parents (or whoever is your guardian) won't be happy about it, you should still tell them. It's much easier to tell them now, early on, as opposed to waiting until there isn't time to make plans for anything. Not to mention, by the time your baby is born, people will have accepted it and have gotten over most anger in their reaction. Even if you don't plan on keeping your baby, it might be a more appropriate move to get married. If not marriage, then the father should at least stick by you. Pregnancy means you won't be able to work or go to school. And if that's the case, you certainly need all the help you can get. If you're afraid you're pregnant and can't put your worry to rest, just remember that it's only going to get better from here, as far as anxiety goes. But in order for that to happen, you need support and you need to tell your family. I really hope that this all works out for you well and if you need more advice, I'll do everything I can to help.
