Wight loss. Okay, so I am 5'5 and I weight 175 pounds. I've got muscle...so I am not saying that I am fat at all. My prom is coming up on April 26th of this year. I was wondering if I walk every night....a mile...and since my calorie consumption averages about 1000 calories a day...would I be able to trim up about 15 pounds for my prom dress? It fits and everything..I just want to trim up a little bit.

It should work if you really feel motivated to. Also try other exercizes to do to trim up other area's of your body.

That sounds look a good plan, but don't forget variety. Include your arms, abs, and legs in your work-out circuit. That way you can trim up your whole body. But that sounds like a great idea; kudos on trying to lose weight the healthy way!
