should-baring top!

where do you get should-baring tops anymore? i dont think id be good at making any clothes but i dont see them sold in any stores anymore because they're not in style or something? :[ its cute when people wear those tops and a bright tank underneats so the straps show. Lots of times, those shirts are either a) handmade by trimming the neckline of a regular tee, or b) they're actually a shirt with a wide neckline, pulled over your shoulders, and maybe slightly altered. Good luck!
