chafing around mouth

Question Posted Wednesday February 20 2008, 6:48 pm

Recently, I started chafing around my mouth, and it it burns. I tried putting lotion, waiting for it to dry, and then applying my regular makeup. But, then I get a dark circle around my mouth because of the makeup setting in and blending with the lotion.

How do I get rid of this? It's really bugging me. It's not that noticeable, but it's irritated and it burns [as I stated before].

The best thing I have found for chapped skin
is blistex. It comes in a liquid and works
pretty quickly. It may do the same as lotion
under makeup but maybe not. It is a clear
gel and dries a little faster. :)
