You're young- I'm not sure how young, but you're probably my age. EVERYONE has hormones at our age and we all get urges, I guess, but I'm not going into detail with that..
My point is that, for one, you're completely normal with your "different" feelings. They aren't really "different".
You said that you "wonna do it, but [you're] scared"... that is the first indication that you're not ready yet. Any time you have doubts, concerns, fears, or the like, you're definitely not ready, though you may think you are.
I have a feeling you really only want to do things because all of your friends have. Who cares what they have done? You shouldn't. You are your own individual person and you shouldn't judge what's right for you based on what other people are doing. I've had many people tell me they regret loosing their virginity at such a young age- and that they wish they could take it back and they wish they would have waited. That from people I personally know- but also people on Advicenators.
So my advice is that you should wait to have sex or do anything for when you are 110% ready.

Don't rush thing's because you are young. Make sure that when you do choose to loose your virginity that it is with the right person and that you use protection. From my personal experience, when i lost my virginity everything seemed ok, untill a couple years later i started wishing i would of waited till i got married. All the advice i can give you is if you want to have sex and do other sexual things then do them. What is stopping you?
