I want to make my below-the-waist region bigger because my lower hips (just under my waist) are quite wide but my actual hips aren't as wide and it looks a bit out of proportion.
So right now I do lunges, squats and stationary bike (some people tell me stationary bike is going to make me smaller some people it's going to make my muscles bigger, I don't know!)
I need some exercises that will build my muscles up around that area but if possible, without using any gym equipment as the only thing I have is my stationary bike.
I'm also in the process of stretching my muscles about 3 times a day to help me gain flexibility but I'm worried loosening my muscles is going to make my legs look leaner and prevent them from looking bigger. Will this happen?
Isn't it odd to see someone wanting to look bigger rather than smaller? Haha.
