my ichat says everyones offline now . and since ive installed leopard its said that. any ideas whats wrng?dont tell me to go to the apple store they cant help me cause i dont have extended warrenty

Generally, the people in the Apple store are rather nice people, and thus are willing to help you. The only reason that they wouldn't is if they're jammed.
But they DO have a reputation to keep up, and they've always helped me. I can only think of one time when they asked if I could come back during the week (I was there on a Friday evening.)
