i want to make my hair have waves at the bottom, instead of just going straight, not really waves just like a flip at the end.

Try using one of those round hairbrushes...
Use a hair-drier to dry your hair.
While you're drying, brush your hair with the round brush. But instead of brushing straight down, when you get to the ends turn them out using the roundness. It's like the motion of using a curling iron almost...

when you're blow-drying your hair, flip your hair over and dry the underside, curling it up with a round brush.

when you're done, use pomade or hair sculpy stuff to keep the curls in place.
