asking your guy friend out
hey,
thank you so much for your advice, that takes a lot of guts to tell your friend how you feel, but i now feel that the chances of a worst case scenario from happening isn't that bad, but i'm afraid of the awkward situation. how did it become complicated once you told him?
i've been hinting at him i feel the same way as he does, he just doesn't get it, or he thinks it's an act of kindness from a friend, so now i know i have to initiate it. and i'm wondering if you were nervous or anything, because i sure am! was he nervous/uneasy when you told him? any advice on how to tell him? thanks!

Well we weren't that great of friends when I told him and I had been hinting it to him. We hung out a lot because his best friend and one of my best friends were dating and her mom didn't trust her out alone, so me and the guy I like would go and kind of double date. We always had pool parties and stuff and we were becoming better friends over time. Well, one day we were hanging out at the girls house and I just told him. I always was close to him, like physically. We were always touching and doing stuff, but when I said I liked him, he didn't want me near him. He got over that quickly. All we did was hang out and talk and now we are best friends. We take care of each other. I still like him and I never want to lose him. Write me again if you want more help.
