I have to get an MRI on my elbow tomarrow morning b/c they think I have torn a ligament. They are gonna use contrast and all of that. I'm kinda nervous and I would like to know a few things--
1. Will they start an IV??
2. Will my whole body go into the MRI machine?
3. What should I wear to the MRI?
4. Will they make me wear a hospital gown or what?

I got to wear my own clothes I did the MRI and left. so no IV. since it's your elbow probably the only thing that won't be in is your head. you can wear whatever you really want. and no you don't wear a gown.
