I was born a natural blonde, and when i was younger it was really blonde up untill i was about 12. Then my hair started getting dark blonde almost brown, so i finally got sick of it and dyed my hair blonde for the first time around Sept. Now i have dark roots and the blonde color looks ridiculous. I was thinking about dying my hair really blonde like anna nicole smith or marilyn monroe, but im not sure where to get the dye. I've looked at walmart, and some local stores around where i live, but i don't want to buy another dye, and it doesn't come out the color i want.

Option 1: You can go to a hairdresser and get it professionally done so you know it's right and even. Then you can get another color if you don't like it.
Option 2: You can buy the good stuff at drug mart and stuff, and if you don't like it, get hair stripper that takes you back to your original hair color so you can try another color. [ B_ball_star's advice column | Ask B_ball_star A Question ]

The kits you can buy at the department stores don't use the proper amount of developer which can give you an orangy tint to your color.
It's best to leave this kind of thing to a professional. Also, they have the right products to use on your hair so it won't get damaged.
I mean you could be walking around looking like Carrot Top, with bright orange hair and frizzy. EWWW!! The way I look at it, I wouldn't try to do lipo on myself because I don't know the proper technique or have the proper tools to do so, why should I try to do my own hair, for the same reason ;) [ AngelofMercy's advice column | Ask AngelofMercy A Question ]
