What is it called...
when you have your hand in your boyfriends crotch area, and you can feel the crotch, but you dont put your whole hand around it. so, its not a hand job.. its like... feeling someone up.. but in their crotch.. haha. is there a term for that?

I would call it foreplay ;)!!!! No seriously, there isn't really a technical name for it, however feeling him up would be the most accurate. I am also assuming that you are referring the outside of the pants, in this case, that could also be called copping a feel.
