Hi, I've never asked a question here before, but here goes nothing. I'm a really thin girl or I always thought I was but lately I hate my body, everything about it. I started birth control and gained 10 pounds, to me thats discusting I hate gaining weight. Sometimes I think in my head oh if I skip this meal.. but i just I get such bad cravings and end up eating more. I'm not saying I have an eating disorder I dont believe I do. But anyways, I hate the way my body looks I use to love my abs, and now I don't, I feel like I have cellulite on the back of my legs. Skinny people can get cellulite too? How do you get rid of it? Ive been running alot I know it takes time but am I doing the right thing?

You're only going to make yourself feel worse. Skipping meals will only make you gain more weight and your matabolism slows down and you won't have enough energy. Instead of skipping meals, eat 6 small meals a day including breakfast which really is important. Everyone has a little bit of cellulite on the back of their legs and it's normal. Anyone can get it. Here is a website on how to get rid of it.
