confused
ok im christian also and mt mom is a very strong christian. my sisters and brothers talk about being "saved" at the age of like 8 or 9. i havent been "saved" yet and i want to believe in god as everything in my life but i just dont understand the whole concept. im worried that something may be wrong with me. im so unsure of what to think.

Nothing is wrong with you! People are ready when there ready and thats all to it. I personally think its cooler if your older when you accept Him cause you really understand it and remember it. What you have to do is accept Him in your heart. If you already have but havent really committed your life to Him i suggest you think about doing it again. Its a big responcibility but its amazing. Also the same thing goes with Baptism-babies and little children are baptised at birth sometimes but its very big for when they are older to get baptised again cause they know what it means and are aware of it. Being 'saved' means you have asked God into your heart and become His servant. You are saying im ready to serve you and commit my life to you God-because I love you and i know Your everything. Also to start being a good Christian and live your life for God try reading the Bible and praying. If you dont already. It can be hard at first but once you commit your life and give all your problems to Him and only worry about living the right way and for Him and serving Him and the people around you it is so amazing. Little things dont matter anymore and your so much more content and life is so much more peaceful. I really hope i helped and if you have ANY more questions please ask!
