You need to wear a bra or your breast will sag
You shouldnt wear tampons because they give you shock and can give you rashes i think pads are good for you but if you want to wear a tampon that is ok

Thank You

The doctor will tell you to put on one of those paper dress things, but you keep your underwear and bra on. I don't know what kind of doctor's apointment it is, but if its just a pediatrition and you're getting a check up, my doctor lets me wear a pair of shorts (so it doesnt matter whether i wear a tampon or not) and a tank top instead of the paper dress. If its some other kind of doctor, just let me know and I can tell you what to expect and if you have to get undressed.

It depends what you are going to the doctors for, obviously. If you're on your period, by all means, wear a tampon or pad.
and yes, of course you can still wear a bra.
but be prepared to take it off if you're going for a specific problem where he/she may need to examine you in that place.
Don't worry about it. If you need to remove anything, you'll be told anyway. and if you have to wear anything (gown etc), they will be provided. You'll be told everything that's going to happen.
