cut off shoulder shirt

that picture isnt the best example, but i have a bunch of old T shirts, and ive seen people cut their shirts so one of their shoulders is out..
how exactly do you cut the shirt though? cuz ive tried and messed up

Use a pair of scissors and cut about 2 niches below the neckline. If the neckline curves, curve your cut. Cut more as needed.
