i have one and i copied and pasted it from the email that i got from the place that shipped it but a message comes up that says "UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later."

wait a day- sometimes it isn't updated for 24 hours, and if it just shipped, chances are that it hasn't updated yet. however, if the order should have shipped several days ago and there's still no tracking information, call UPS (number should be on the website) and they'll help you out. that's happened to me before when something had just shipped so it's not uncommon for there to be no information.
