Add-on?

Hey!
Whenever I click on certain questions, go into the forums, etc...I get a notice at the top of my screen that states"this website wants to run the following add-on:SB from"American Online" Inc(unverified publisher)If you trust the website and the add-on and want to allow to run it, click here".
Before that comes up, my computer freezes and pauses for about 15-20 seconds.
I was just wondering if it was something on your end, or mine? This is the only website it happens to though.

Hello there,

I will need specific links to pages on which this occurs.

I have looked at the forums, questions, etc. and found nothing out of the ordinary.

Please advise with further info.
