Do glasses make your chin look bigger or smaller? Either the small-gray-square-framed lenses, or thick black square ones.

i don't know that but i do wear glasses and i would say that the best thing is to try different kinds.

Square lenses could make a small face look strange because it would over power the face.

It really all depends on the shape of your face. Typically if you have a smaller face, it would be best to go with the smaller glasses. The idea with choosing the right frames is to keep them so that when you put them on, they look proportional to all of your other facial features. In essence, if you find the correct frames for your face, some people would consider this making your chin look smaller, but in reality it is just creating the correct proportional image
