Hi, please, please help me, i am 14 years old and have a lot of spots/acne they are so horrible all over my forehead nose cheeks and chin, they are all horrible and red and pussy.
Can you recommend any good creams that actually really work, or any natural things like eat this or make that and put it on your face?
Thank you so much to all of you in advance.

Well, the first thing to do is to address what's causing your acne. Most teenagers get acne as a result of hormone imbalances: it's completely normal. However, certain things can affect it, like your diet. Make sure you're eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and also drinking plenty of water. Another thing that can help is keeping your hair off your face, because it's greasy. Trust me: it really helps.
The best way to help with it is to wash your face well, which will help remove some of the oils. I've found very little difference between various off-the-shelf brands, though I've had a lot of success with superdrug's own. If you go to your doctor, though (and don't be scared about going about your acne; loads of people do!) then they can give you a presciption cream, which may be a lot stronger.
If you're looking for a quick fix, then toothpaste can work (no kidding!) but it's not good to use in the long term.

~Try not to touch your face, even though it might be hard.
~Wash your face with soap and water every night and morning.
~Neutrogena, Clearisil, and Pro active are some of the top Acme treatments.
~It is said that if you put toothpaste on the pimple before you go to bed, it will help it to dissapear.
Those are all I can think of off the top of my head lol. You can always type in "getting rid of Acne" on google.
