please help me

what if i already practiced walking but i dont feel nothing ihavent lost anything i want to now how much to run a day please help me i want to loose 50 pounds as quikly as possible im not weak i lift weights and play soccer but still i have some fat problems so please answer my question "HOW MMUCH SHOULD I RUN A DAY TO LOOSE 50POUNDS AS QUIKLY AS POSSIBLE"?

Well, there is more to losing weight, then just running. Make sure you're eating healthy.

And actually, walking is better for you than running. It burns up more calories, for the amount of energy you use.
