A few questions!
Is it possible to lose 30 lbs by summer (with proper diet, and exercise)... I'm 150 lbs btw.

and

On average, how many calories are supposed to be burned a day, without exercise, just by doing chores or shopping / every day stuff

Of course it's possible for you to lose that much, but it also depends on how tall you are,and how you're built, if you're built like me...i have like..linebacker shoulders..i couldn't ever get down to that weight.
