this might sound confusing, alright,
well have you ever heard of people actually changing themselves because they believe they can do it?
like, they tell them selves everyday that they can do something, or change something on them, and it actually happens? Whats this called? any websites about it? thanks :]

It's called "the power of positive thinking" and also "visualization". You need to picture yourself as you would like to be--whether you need to lose weight, stop smoking, be more confident--whatever. Imagine yourself achieving your goal. How would you feel? How would you act? How do you want others to respond to you?
Get that picture fixed in your mind, then figure out what you need to get there. Write down the steps you need to get there. Take it slow, but try to do something every day to get closer to that goal. Whether it's reading a book on the subject, or looking online, or finding someone in your community that's already achieved that goal. Just wishing it were so--that's a dream. Doing SOMETHING--anything--to get you closer to that goal--that's a PLAN! Go for it!
Any time you find yourself thinking "That's too hard, that's too much, I'll never get there"--just take out your list and do one of those small things. They add up. Good Luck. ]
well it is somtimes easy but is somtimes hard but when you think of what you want to change other than all the usal stuff you focose more on your goal so that you reach the goal good luck i hope that i helped some ]
