how do i get her to go out with me

ok. i like this girl and my friends were begging me to tell them who it was. i told them and one goes off and asks her out for me every day and she says no.and theres a dance coming up in a week and i want to go with her to it. what do i do. oh and im a guy and im 13

well, ask her if you want to go as friends, because that way she will be more likely to say yes and then she will get to know you better, that goes for you tooo
