When you guys are talking smile alot and if something funny is said dont laugh to hard but give a little cute giggle.
Touch his shoulder when he says something and you agree with it.
But I think the key thing is always look him in the eyes. Dont stare him down but when hes looking at you dont look all over the place.

When you talk to him or your by him make a point of touching him, for example lightly push him like in a playful way. When you walk by him lightly push him and continue to keep walking, while walking try to make eye contact. It'll get you noticed. You dont even have to keep walking just start talking to him lik Hi how are you and then go from there.
