does it matter how you exercise/what you do or the fact that you exercise?
since its winter its still freezing out and i dont want to get a gym membership bc those never work out. indoors, videos get boring fast.
i was wondering if it were possible to loose weight if i just did jumping jacks and jumped rope for an hour each day? i heard 5 mins of rope is like running for half an hour.
uisforukelele answered Monday January 21 2008, 9:17 pm: jumping rope is awesome exercise. it's so freaking hard- i considered myself in shape until i tried to jump rope. i seriously fell over. but yes, it does burn a lot of calories and it's cardio too which is good for your heart. another part of losing weight is eating healthy too, so keep that in mind.
