You have to eat healthy and exercise. Basically, you burn off fat/calories when you do cardio (running, biking riding, swimming, jump rope, whatever will get your heart rate up). Then, when you burn more calories then you eat, you will loose weight. I think its simple really. But if you want to loose weight its a lot of mental strength. So.. for some starts, no pop/candy/junk food/fast food/fating things (mayo, dressing). Get physical activity atleast 5 days a week for maybe 30-60 minutes, alternate things you do. Hope this helped.
