my husband is a Radioshack manager..hence a Verizon retail sales associate. according to him...it depends on weather the music is saved to your actual phone...or the SIM card that you can find under the battery to your phone. if it is saved to the phone...you should have no problem finding it...simply look under mystuff...via: audio-ringtones. however...some times if you are sent an audio file from an audio enabled text to a non-audio enabled text forum...you could receive the file...but it will not be compatible with you're phone. the best thing for you to do at this point if you can not find the file...is to call your cellular provider and ask...or possibly upgrade the features on you're phone.

umm... it really depends on the phone. bluetooth has nothing to do with your service carrier. they shouldnt be hidden, just look around all folders on the phone, they should be in there somewhere.
