Some girls might, some girls might not. Theres no for sure answer. From what you told me, i would think that since you' ve been going out for 5 months that your open and close to each other, that maybe she was just joking around or thought it wouldnt affect you. Buttttt, obviously it did. Though, I think if your going out for 5 months you really like each other and she probably doesn't care that much about size.
