communication in different countires

I am doing a project about communication for my economy/business class

Which country is the most active in writing letters to communicate (mailing a note)

which country would depend on computers for news/messages

Southern Asia is more into writing letters.

Well China or Japan would be most relaying on computers (so is the US, lol)

If my memory serves correctly, Im pretty sure Japan is the most reliant on tech for news and messaging.

Who writes Im not really sure, but I think Africa or Mid Asia would be the best choices.
