Brandi_S answered Saturday January 12 2008, 1:30 am:
You shouldn't go anywhere like a spa, hot tub, or hot bath if you are at risk of increasing your core body temperature. (Which basically means it increases your body temperature.)

If your body temperature is 100 degrees, your baby is also that hot, which is too hot on a baby in the uterus.

You would be doing much better by sticking to warm showers, baths, etc.
