shiny forehead

okay so i have a very shiny forehead, but its not even oily. i have tried many things, and i even use face powder and wash my face evryday and that still doesnt work.. what can i do to make it stop shining?!?

If you use liquid make up, it will make your forehead look shiny. Switch to a powder make up. Blend Natural from wal mart is REALLY good. I love it. Its 13$ tho, but I love it.. I hope I helped<3
