I have a brother that is 6 years older than me. I had the exact opposite problem. Every friend he had, liked me. It was flattering to say the least. In the end, I married one of his best friends. It was the best thing that has happened to me.

Funny thing is, he started coming on to me. I didn't have to do all the leg work. I will say this, IM's help alot. My brother was at his house and going through a lot at the time, and I was IMing him (my brother), when he just stopped talking to me. So, I started buzzing him (yahoo messenger) and the friend started talking to me from then on. It was over from there.

So, just try to intergrate yourself into your brothers activities with "Chad" and see what you can do. You can be a little flirty, but not obviously so, and see if he reciprocates. If he does, turn on more charm. If you do it in small steps, it may turn into something more. I wish you the best of luck!

hi, this has happen to me a million time, and trust me i know. If you like him so much investigate him ( Do he have a girlfriend, What do he like to do, What kind of girl is he into so before you tell him how you feel, you will be ready. But before you go on to fast make sure that he like you for who you are not because you are brother with his friend.Don't move to fast before he break your heart and get to know him much better.
