i'm 15/f/nj is it legal to have sex with a 19 year old guy i know 16 is the age of consent but isnt' there something about if it's with in a certin number of years and your like 14 then its ok

it would be illegal because you're a minor and he's not, so it's technically statutory rape (if your parents find out and press charges). if you were 18 it would be okay.

Yes. The law says it is illegal. It is illegal for a reason too, but I won't go preaching about morality to you.
You might want to tell your parents first, as well. They will probably say no, but if you don't tell them, and they find out?.... they won't even need you to cry rape for him to go to prison. All they have to do is call the police and he is GONE.
