That weird chipmunk voice?

Hey how do you do that weird chipmunk voice when you do videos? The one where you can slow the videos down or speed them up..do I need like, a certain program? Cuz its really funny and i wanna do it..Thanks in advance!!!!!

i believe all you have to do is speed up the clip
and it does sound funny!

You could get that weird chipmunk voice by speeding up the film. You would also get the same affect by sucking the helium out of ballons. Hope I helped!
