hyperlinking things on myspace

Question Posted Sunday December 30 2007, 8:41 am

How do you hyperlink words on myspace?
Like when you can click on the word 'message' and it links you to the page to message that person?
Thanks, xxx

theymos answered Sunday December 30 2007, 1:28 pm:
<a href="URL of page you want, with http">Text of message</a>

You will click the "text of message" and it will bring you to the "URL of the page you want".

Here is an example (space to prevent autolinking, ignore):

<a href="http:// myspace.com/theymos">Click here to go to my myspace</a>

"Click here to go to my myspace" will be a link on the page. If you click it you will go to http:// myspace.com/theymos.

Don't forget the " after the URL. Many people forget that, and it will mess things up.
