PSP XI

hello. I am not sure if you have PSP XI if not you may not know the anwser.
well i just got PSP XI for christmas, i used the trial version before and i was able to do this but i forgot. i have looked up many tutorials and such but i cannot find anywhere to explain how to do this, a stroke around text and the letters different colors. Also cut out images and put on different backrounds. like in this photo

If you know how to do any of this it would be very appreciated. If not that is fine also please just anwser with a simple I Dont know ;]

I've never used any version of PSP.

Here is how you do the border thing in the GIMP(free):

They probably just change the font color after every letter in the text. That's what I would do.

To cut out the image, you need to painstakingly select the outline of it. Some image manipulation programs have a tool to help you with this.
