First of all Youtube is not a good porn site...and trust me Im a Youtube Crazy!...but unless you have "active sharing" on the Youtube settings page set to -ON- then the only other way is...you know when you type something in and it shows you the other things youve typed in before in a little drop down window...then if people see that, that is another way...but to get rid of that you go to ( on Internet Explorer )
Tools > Internet Options > click the Content tab >
hit the "Autocomplete" button then uncheck the boxes...and your done. =)

since watching porn is not a criminal act i dont think youre really going to have a problem if you just go to tools-internet options-clear history

then no one can see the websites you visited
and you can also erased things youve searched

idt there is porn on youtube thou?

They say that everything on your computer will stay on your computer somewhere. In a ghost form, or something.
I don't know exactly how it works, but I know they have caught people doing criminal acts by bringing all the criminal stuff up from the hard drive, even after they erased the hard drive.
I don't know if it applies to websites visited, but I'm pretty sure that goes for anything you download.
