nano ipod lock help

i have the same problem with the lock set on the screen. i tried "0000" and also plugging into the computer and both did not work. do you have any other possible solutions. thanks.

so the code you made up isnt working? if "0000" and plugging it in doesnt work, im not real sure what to do. it says on the ipod that if you forget your code plugging it in to the computer will unlock it, so it seems like that would do the trick? maybe try resetting it if it will respond, or just leave it and let the battery run down till it dies and see if the lock screen's gone away after its been charged again. if none of the above work, email Apple. sorry & good luck!
