Panasonic camcorder

i need help downloading videos off of my camcorder. the USB or UBS drive thing isnt working and neather is the directX 9.0

Download Direct X 9.0c from Microsoft, this should update the device, your USB perts, have probably been un-installed(somehow). Just download those from your computer model website(eMachine, Intel, etc)
