has anyone ever done a seance? how did you do it? was anyone ever harmed or did you come in contact with any harmful or mean spirits? if so how did you deal with it?

I don't know if it was real, but one time my friends used an Ouija board while I watched, but nothing really happened besides the little thing moving around from the letters. I sometimes watch this show "A Haunting", and this one time, these people tried to contact a spirit using an Ouija board, then burned it, and then a medium said that made the spirit angry, then they had to get an exorcism since the spirit was so evil. It's supposedly "real", but I seriously don't think so.

It's just not a good idea .
There are certain procatuions you need to know before trying .
