Computer hardrive+TV screen audio problem

Question Posted Monday December 24 2007, 3:53 pm

Ok you know how your computer hardrive thingy is connected to your computer screen? Well I connected it to my plasma TV and it works well but no sound comes out. I took everything and connected everything correctly as if the TV screen were my computer screen. I wanna use the TV screen so I could watch a movie with my siblings. My computer screen has built-in speakers by the way. So anyone know how to help?

There is an additional cord that needs to be connected to your TV. It looks like this:

Your TV might not even have an open port for that type of cable. If you can't connect it, then you won't get sound.
