cell phone hookup

I have ntelos and theres an alltell phone I want to get. People say you can take any phone to ntelos and get it hooked up for like 15-25 dollars is that true?

i've never heard of ntelos, but try going to an alltell phone store, or calling an information line for ntelos. i googled ntelos, and they have a website and stuff, so try that.
