a sign?
The other night i was at rehersal for a ceremony. there were about 125 of us on stage, sitting in chairs. The person that i have a crush on was sitting in my row, about five seats apart. There was people in between us, so we weren't close, who know's if my crush had seen that i was there. One of the announcers was going from the list of names, taking attendence. I looked over at my crush, they were pretty spaced out, reading the program not paying much attention (it was bland and boreing at the time.) I wasn't looking at my crush anymore, but when the speaker called my name, I saw my crush suddenly, as if impulsively i geuss, look up, right upon hearing my name called, and quickly look around. It all happened really fast. It surprised me that he would react that way to hearing my name. We do not really know each other very well, so i it defenitly puzzled me. Am i reading to much into this? does it mean anything? I know that it is possible to read people's body language, could i in this situation, or do you think it's completely random? If anyone has any thoughts on the situation, I would appreciate them. Thank you.

Sounds to me like you're an expert on body language. Your crush looking for you when your name was called is definetly a triple plus because that means he wanted to see who you were. And it's totally typical to think/read into his actions because you have a crush on him and you're obvioulsy curious, who wouldn't be? It's probably not random, sometimes wierd things happen, this can land a top spot in that category. :] you were right on target with being surprised since everyone was completly bored, I guess he was intrigued when they called your name. Hope something sparks between the two of you ;]
