last year i tried out for cheerleading, and i didnt make it. and i know that soon, their going to have them again. and that would just be sooo much fun for me to be a cheerleader! to get to go to practice, and miss class to go to games, and plus, it will give me more popularity, but thats not what im in it for, im in for it because i like it. well, do you think that this year, i should still try out, even though i didnt make it last year?
missbananafontana answered Wednesday December 5 2007, 4:23 pm: Of course. You have nothing to lose. If you don't do it, you don't even have a shot, but if you do, you have a chance. It's like on tests when teachers say that guessing on problems is better than leaving them blank. If you put something even in a guess, you could get it right, but if you don't, you're definitely going to get it wrong. So that's like if you try for cheerleading, you might get it, you might not, but if you don't try for it, you're definitely not going to get it. Go for it and try your best! Well if so, you would remember this; "Never Let The Fear Of Striking Out Keep You From Playing The Game." It means just because there is a chance you may not get on the cheerleading squad, always give it a try. [ MzJENNiFER's advice column | Ask MzJENNiFER A Question ]
