Well, theres this guy who i REALLY REALLY like. Well hes always at my house, and im always on his lap on parties, and were always laying on each other. We go to the movies, just us, and we hold hands when we walk, he puts his arm around me, and we act like a couple. You'd think he likes me, right? Well, i did too, until he started talking about this slut at school that he thought was beautiful, and he loved her. Well, he kept on acting like a couple, but we never kissed, like made out. He has kissed my neck when i sit on his lap, and we have kissed, just never full blown tongue kiss. He tells all his friends he likes me, but what about the slut. He always looks at her, and shes been starting to flirt with him and he flirts back. Does he like ME, or the SLUT HOEBAG?

Looks like you need to talk. He sees you as a friend and nothing more at the moment. Perhaps he is trying to get some kind of reaction out of you by telling you about this other girl. Sometimes guys can be insecure. Let him know your interested in being more than friends. :)

Simple as that.
There is no true way of finding out, unless you see them making out etc etc...
