Interesting Question
The guy I like says he has the same feelings about me. He tells me he loves me & all of that. Funny thing is he does not want a relationship. He always talks to me, is concerned with what I'm doing, basically anything a bf would do, but since I live in CA & he lives in Washington, he does not want one, yet his feelings are the same. What would you guys do?? Any advice??

my advice:
Long distance are HARD HARD HARD. and to make it work, both people havE to be FULLY dedicated to it.
since he's not.. don't push it. you'll end up getting hurt worse than just staying friends.

Well he probably doesn't want a relationship because you guys live to far away from each other and he doesn't want a long distance relationship. Even if you guys live far away from each other he was your boyfriend, you don't know what he is doing. He could be out with another girl. I'm not saying this will happen, he might be totally different than what I just explained. So I would just wait a little and see what happens. But I hope everything goes well for you.
