i like this guy but i know my friend likes him too.

okay, i like this guy alex, but i know that my friend tessa likes him too. But the thing is; she won't the make first move to go after hime.
What should i do?

hun, friendship always always ALWAYS comes before relationships.

You can be friends with tessa forever... but theres no way in heck that you and a guy will be together forever. Don't throw away your friendship over a guy. Its ok that you both like the same guy, but don't make any sort of move. Let HIM make the decision.
